. Treatment may not be appropriate for clients with: Active skin infections (bacterial, viral, or fungal) Current chemotherapy or radiation therapy Pregnancy or breastfeeding Known allergy to any PLLA components A thorough medical consultation is provided prior to treatment to ensure safety and optimal results.

. Your studio appointment will be approximately 60 minutes. It begins with a consultation with a nurse injector, we will review your health history, medications and allergies. Together we will discuss the treatment including benefits, risks and contraindications as well as answer any questions you may have to ensure it is right for you. Before we being the treatment we will ask for you to provide voluntary informed consent verbally and via signed consent, this is required to proceed with treatment. Next a thorough facial assessment where skin will be cleansed to remove any makeup or oils to your face. A topical numbing or local anesthetic may be applied to maximize comfort. Your anatomy will be landmarked to and injection sites mapped out. During treatment Sculptra® is injected via cannula technique in a series of small, strategic placements under the skin to stimulate collagen production gradually. You may experience slight discomfort with pinpoint bleeding at injection sites. Some clients experience small visible bumps of fluid under the skin after treatment, this generally resolves within 30 minutes.

. Minimal downtime is expected after treatment, you may experience: Mild to moderate swelling, redness, or tenderness for 24–72 hours Possible minor bruising at injection sites Small lumps or bumps may occur at injection sites (typically resolve within days) Most clients return to normal activities immediately

. Proper aftercare is essential to maximize results and support optimal healing. Cold compress can be applied to treatment area after appointment to help decrease swelling and bruising Avoid rubbing or massaging treated areas for 72 hours. Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, direct sun exposure and excessive heat for 24-72 hours. Avoid facials or facial massage for 1–2 weeks. Use gentle skincare for the first 24 hours and medical-grade SPF daily. Keep skin well hydrated to optimize results. Your nurse injector may provide further personalized aftercare based on your skin’s needs.

First 2–4 Weeks: Initial subtle improvements may be visible as your body begins producing collagen. 6–12 Weeks: Noticeable increase in facial volume, firmness, and smoother contours. 3–6 Months: Full results develop gradually, with improved texture, lifted contours, and natural-looking rejuvenation. Long-Term: Results can last up to 2 years, with maintenance treatments as recommended.

. Optimal treatment plan and frequency includes: Initial series typically, 3–4 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart are recommended for optimal results. Maintenance treatments every 12–18 months help preserve collagen stimulation and facial volume. Dosage varies based on treatment area desired outcome. Your injector will create a customized plan tailored to your facial anatomy and goals.
